9/15/22 - WCSG Travelin Together - Gull Meadow Farms

Fall isn't complete without a visit to a local orchard. Start the season off right with a visit to this 80-acre farm.

In some ways its starting to feel like fall and nothing says fall better than a trip to a local apple orchard. 

As part of our WCSG Travelin’ Together Series, we visit Gull Meadow Farms in Richland.  While the farm spans over 20 acres, the farm offers over 30 activities including a petting farm, a six-acre corn maze, duck races, zip line and pumpkin launcher.  Don't forget to venture into the apple orchard or pumpkin patch for an opportunity to pick your own apples, and the opportunity to take home that perfect pumpkin for the porch.

You won't have to leave the farm if you get hungry after the hike.  You’ll find plenty of items to sample including caramel apples, donuts, and on the weekends, there will be two food trucks to help curb the hunger.  The farm also offers its own pizza, made completely on the premises. 

This year Gull Meadow will offer special weekend events throughout the fall.  Starting on September 17th, it's a Princess & Super Hero weekend, and the All Start Stunt Dogs will make several appearances.  During Christmas, you can explore the indoor light display in the greenhouse.
