A "reproductive measure" will be placed on the General Election ballot for Michigan voters to decide on.
-Thursday, the Michigan Supreme Court approved a measure that will allowed voters to consider an abortion question on the ballot in November.
The Court ordered the Board of State Canvassers to certify a "reproductive question" that will included on the Nov. 8 ballot.
If passed, it would allow for several reproductive options, including abortions, to be added in the state constitution.
A 1931 state law makes it a crime to perform most abortions but the law was suspended back in May and a judge this week, followed up saying it was unconstitutional.
Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has asked the state Supreme Court to settle the status of the 1931 law.
