An opportunity is coming up for local residents to have low level crimes cleared from their record.

Residents of Ottawa County who have low level criminal convictions will have an opportunity to have those crimes expunged from their record.  The Ottawa County Public Defender office will hold an expungement day on April 29th, from noon to 4pm at the Grand Haven courthouse.  Residents should not expect to have their record cleared that day, but will begin the process to see if they are eligible.

Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
