A weekend crash along US-131 in Grand Rapids claimed the life of a 21-year-old.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - A deadly weekend crash remains under investigation.

It was early Sunday morning that a car driven by a 21-year-old woman was traveling north along US-131 near 28th Street near Grand Rapids when a vehicle going the wrong way, struck her head-on.

The two vehicles were then sideswiped by a tanker-truck.

The semi driver was not injured but the other drivers were both taken to the hospital. The 21-year-old died as a result of her injuries and a 22-year-old woman was listed in critical condition.
