Georgetown Township holds their Fire Prevention Open House Thursday night.

The Georgetown Township Fire Department "Fire Prevention Open House" takes place , Thursday, Oct. 7, 2021 from 6pm - 8pm.

The event will be at Fire Station #1 - Corner of 14th Avenue and 44th Street.  Parking available across the street in the church parking lot.

Free fire helmets and mini footballs for the first 100 kids.

There will be over 20 emergency trucks on display.

The event also includes:  demonstrations with the Jaws of Life, walk through a Smoke House, check out the fireboat, put on real fire gear and spray the hose, talk to a rescue diver underwater, put out a fire with the Extinguishing Trailer.
