Police say it may have been a Volkswagen Jetta that hit 3 people near Greenville and then failed to stop.
MONTCALM COUNTY, MI – A group of boys were walking along the side of a road Tuesday evening when a vehicle struck them.
A 13-year-old died from his injuries and two others were treated at an area hospital.
The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. along Wise Road in Montcalm County.
The driver of the car that hit them did not stop. Michigan State Police are investigating and they have been looking for a Volkswagen Jetta that most likely will have front-end damage.
