Red Door Dash 5k for Isaiah 117 House

We are having a 5k to raise money to build the first Isaiah 117 House in Michigan, to change the way foster care begins for kids in our community.
When children are removed from their homes out of concern for their welfare, they are usually brought to the child welfare services office to await placement with a foster family. This wait can be several hours to nearly a full day. These children often have nothing with them and are scared, lonely, hungry, dirty, and in desperate need of love and support.
Instead, with an Isaiah 117 House, children are brought to a comforting home where loving volunteers are there to greet them and provide clean clothes, smiles, toys, and snuggly blankets. There are bubble baths, yards to play in, games to play and warm beds to settle in at night.
