City Nature Challenge Bioblitz

Interested in helping scientists understand what plant and animal species are in our area? Come out to Blandford Nature Center this weekend and participate in the City Nature Challenge BioBlitz, organized locally by our friends at John Ball Zoo. This is a “do it yourself” experience. Come enjoy the trails, take photos of the wild species you see, and upload them onto the iNaturalist app. The more you find and upload, the better! The app will allow you to see what other folks have also found at BNC and overall in our local area.

This is a free, self-guided experience. Admission to Blandford Nature Center is free throughout the month of April, so there is no need to check in at the Visitor Center. Bring your camera, hit the trails, and see how many different species you can document!
